Always use an appropriately licensed security provider

Each state and territory has its own licensing requirements. Most states and territories require that both the business and the individual be licensed.

Make sure you use an ASIAL Member company

ASIAL Members are bound by a code of professional conduct and are committed to providing the highest standards. ASIAL also operates a dispute resolution and complaints handling scheme for the benefit of consumers.

ASIAL takes to the streets!

ASIAL’s latest advertising campaign has kicked off for 2010. Following our initial newsbreak advertisements across regional radio Australia, ASIAL’s clear eye-catching branding can now be spotted over the next 3 weeks on taxi backs in Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth. Melbourne is also included in the campaign where ASIAL branding will be splashed on trams across the city. Check out the gallery for examples in each city.

Use a registered cabler for cabling work

Always use a registered cabler when undertaking cabling installation work. ASIAL is an approved registrar accredited by the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

Found: Non-compliant cabling, return to owner.

Many cablers have been contracted to conduct moves, adds or changes to a building's cabling infrastructure only to discover non-compliant work from previous installations.
