Privacy Policy



The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what kind of information we may gather about you when you visit our site, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct this information.
Our policy allows you to choose what kind and how much information you provide to us and to control how we use whatever information you give us. Our goal is to provide you with a satisfying experience while allowing you to control your privacy and to give you a means to voice any questions or concerns you may have.


Use of personal information


ASIAL will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. ASIAL will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Cookies


A cookie is a small file that a website sends your computer. It records information necessary for certain website functions, such as remembering your preferences or settings.

The ASIAL website uses cookies for features such as registering a visit to the website so you do not have to re-enter personal information more than once. These cookies collect only enough information to enable website functions. ASIAL does not collect personal information for other purposes. ASIAL will not retain your personal information any longer than reasonably necessary.
If you don't want to accept cookies, you can set your browser and/or firewall to block them. You will still be able to access most ASIAL content but you may not be able to download information from the website.

Store Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy



Cancellations and Refunds


For conference registrations, all cancellations will incur a $100 per person administration charge. Cancellations must be received, in writing, at least 5 working days prior to the event.

For all other functions, events or workshops, cancellations must be received in writing at least 2 working days prior to the commencement of the event. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 2 working days of an event.

Corporate Membership fees include a $99 non-refundable application fee.

For product purchases, refunds will only be made if an item is faulty or damaged and returned within 14 business days of receipt in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

All prices list in the online store are in Australian dollars (AUD)


Payment


Two payment options are available:
* Credit Card payment. ASIAL uses a secured payment gateway called eWay.
* Invoice payment. You will be required to pay your account in full before your goods can be shipped. Please contact 02 8425 4300 to place your order.


Delivery


Goods will be shipped within 21 business days of receipt of payment. Magazine subscriptions will begin with the next available issue. For some items there is a postage and shipping fee within Australia and it is included in the cost of the item.
