This is only a partial list of the legislation that may be applicable to your business.
Businesses employing staff are also accountable under industrial relations regulations, regulations relating to unfair dismissal, underpayment of staff, equal employment opportunity and harassment or sexual harassment, as well as occupational health and safety.
