The Private Security Act 2004, Section 26 (3), establishes competency requirements that must be met by the nominee of the security business licence.

As a member of ASIAL, please advise whether you would like to nominate ASIAL as your Approved Security Organisation, or whether your nominated representative possesses a Certificate IV in Security & Risk Management:

As the nominated representative, I would like to nominate ASIAL as my Approved Security Organisation. I agree to provide a CV outlining a minimum of five years experience in the security industry and commit to a Continuing Professional Development program.
