Payment must accompany your application for it to proceed. You can pay online or send a cheque with your application and supporting documents.

Please note: Once your application is completed (payment has been processed and supporting documentation supplied), membership approval will take approximately 5 - 10 working days.

A Member may at any time by giving 28 days notice, in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, resign their Membership of the Association but shall continue to be liable for any Annual Subscription and all arrears due and unpaid at the date of resignation and for all other monies due to the Association and in addition for any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for which there is liability as a Member of the Association under Article 7
of the Association’s Constitution.

Law and audit service now available to ASIAL Corporate Members



ASIAL Corporate Members can now access a new legal and audit service with Goldrick Farrell Mullan Lawyers.

Eligible Members can now access:
• A
complimentary overview of any legal issue via phone or email, and if necessary, a referral to a relevant solicitor. This includes sale of business, conveyancing, criminal law, debt recovery, employment matters, estate planning and testamentary trusts, insurance disputes, litigation and mediation.

Fixed price legal audit of business documents. For $495 Goldrick Farrell Mullan Lawyers will audit three standard business documents and provide a checklist to identify issues requiring attention. Documents that can be reviewed include a commercial or retail lease, a key contract including terms and conditions of trade or an insurance policy.

Claims management service. Corporate Members will receive a fixed fee service through Jays Claims Services who can assist with resolving claims and dealing with insurers in the areas of public, products and professional liability claims, business interruption, property claims for damage to property of fire, fidelity and theft claims, motor vehicle claims, sickness and accident policy claims and salary continuance.
